Rainsville Freedom Run 5K/ 10K

On June 8, 2024, runners from across the country will descend upon Rainsville for the 16TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RAINSVILLE FREEDOM RUN 10K AND 5K, "The Best Small Race in America”. The event is for runners and walkers of all ages. The race will begin and end at the DeKalb County Schools Coliseum located at 1504 Main St E. Rainsville, AL 35986

MOST OVERALL PRIZE MONEY EVER (5) DEEP MALE AND FEMALE

10K Overall Prize $$: 1st place - $1000, 2nd place - $800, 3rd place - $600, 4th place - $400 - 5th place - $200.

5K Overall Prize $$: 1st place - $600, 2nd place - $400, 3rd place - $300, 4th place - $200 - 5th place - $100.

Funds generated by the 2024 Freedom Run will remain in the community, helping local citizens through donations which will benefit local charities.
