This meet consists of running events and a race walking event. All ages and abilities are eligible to participate. Trophies are awarded to the top three teams in the meet. Medals are awarded to the top three males and top three females in each age division of each event. Youth age groups based on age as of December 31st 2019 are 6 and under, 7 - 8, 9-10, 11-12, 13 - 14, 15-16, 17-18 as of December 31st 2019 or steel 18 on meet day. Adult age groups are based on age as of meet day and include each five-year age group that is represented in each event. The order of events listed in meters is 3000, 60 hurdles, 1500, 400, 1500 race walk, 60, 800, 200.
