NOTES
This race was held at Rainbow Middle School in 1998 and each year since as the Run for Life after having been held at the Gadsden Mall for numerous years as the Gadsden Track Club 5K.

Rainbow Middle School; 454 Lumbley Road):
From the intersection of AL Hwy. 77 and US Hwy. 411 in Rainbow City, follow #411 South for 1 mile. Turn right on Lumbley Road at Rainbow Food Mart. The school is located 1/2 mile on the right. Registration will be held at the track beside the school.

COURSE
Race starts on Lumbley Road in front of Rainbow Middle School, proceeds down Lumbley to turnaround, and returns to finish line in track parking lot. With the exception of one short hill, the course is flat and is over a shady, smooth asphalt road.

Awards to top 8 males & top 8 females in open division (age 13-39); top male & top female in masters division (age 40-49); top male & top female in grand masters division (age 50+); top male and top female 12-under. Excluding first overall, runners compete only in their age groups.

REFRESHMENTS
Free refreshments will be available to all runners after the race.

Entry fee is $10 in advance or $12 on race day. Fee is $5 for the 1-mile.
1-mile entrants may elect free no-shirt registration option.
Tank-tops will be available to first 100  entrants
